• Outline client design objectives. Phác thảo các mục tiêu thiết kế của khách hàng

• Conceptualize and sketch design plans. Lên ý tưởng và phác thảo kế hoạch thiết kế

• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. Xác định chi phí hoàn thành và các yêu cầu của dự án trong giai đoạn lập ngân sách

• Estimate a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. Ước tính thời hạn hoàn thành một dự án thiết kế nội thất

• Source materials and products included in plans. Tìm nguồn nguyên liệu và sản phẩm có trong kế hoạch

• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. Tạo 'bảng tâm trạng' để làm mẫu tầm nhìn thiết kế 

• Utilize computer applications (3Dsmax, Sketch up, AutoCAD, AutoDesk….etc) in the design process. Biết sử dụng các ứng dụng máy tính (3Dsmax, Sketch up, AutoCAD, AutoDesk… .v.v) trong quá trình thiết kế

• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. Kiểm tra thiết kế sau khi hoàn thành để xác định xem các mục tiêu của khách hàng đã được đáp ứng hay chưa.

2. Job Requirement:

     Yêu cầu bằng cấp:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Có bằng Cử nhân hoặc các kinh nghiệm tương đương.

• Have 1- 2 years of working experience in interior design. Có từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực thiết kế nội thất

• Excellent control of ACAD/ Sketchup/ 3D Max applications. Có khả năng điều khiển tốt các ứng dụng như ACAD/ Sketchup/ 3D Max

• Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Biết sử dụng các phần mềm Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Male or Female, Vietnamese. Người Việt nam, Nam hoặc Nữ

• English is not required. Tiếng Anh không yêu cầu

3. Qualities & skill required:

• Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time). Có khả năng tư duy phản biện tốt ( biết cách giải quyết vấn đề một cách hợp lý / đúng lúc)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD,3DX Max, Photoshop, Vray, Sketchup… Thành thạo sử dụng các phần mềm AutoCAD,3DX Max, Photoshop, Vray, Sketchup…

C- Project coordinator

     1. Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth Project execution
• Attend client consultant meetings and kick off meeting
• Prepare the meeting minutes, notes
• Send out deliverables to client and receive feedback
• Bring the feedback from the Client to the design team
• Report the progress and result to Director
• Prepare RFI (request for Information) and seek for client’s, co-consultant’s reply
• Seek for the client’s approval on delivered documents
• Follow up the project with client after design contract ends.

2. Job Requirement:

• Design or architect background
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in large scale construction execution or design
• Ideal candidate has got Experience in tender progress and design management
• Need CV and Portfolio (in English) of previous works
• Response on time and have an effectiveness in communication
• Project quality and success
• Meet the Deadlines
• Client’s satisfaction Survey

3. Qualities & skill required:

• Communication in English and Vietnamese is a must
• Decision making and Problem solving
• Technical skill to be able to read documents in various design applications, auto cad, sketch up...etc
• Quick notes and assumptions
• Supportive, cooperative and helpful
• Precise, punctual and accurate
• Detail oriented person
• Upfront with design team
