The Sea Gull Towers is an amendment of detailed planing for Crystalbay developers from Nha Trang. The proposal fem VERITAS Vietnam office included a new planning proposal with all parameters and an architectural concept presentation to illustrate the size and volumes of the building complex.

The project site is about 9Ha and located right next to the shoreline. The client's expectation to build 4 high-rise towers up to 40 levels. Each tower to consist 700-1000 residential units. VERITAS prepared 2 options. In one option the 4 towers are sitting on shared podiums to maximize the area for retail and to combine outdoor recreation facilities with large shared pools. Second option is to build individual towers. Each tower has got its own smaller retail area and facilities for better phasing.

VERITAS Architects Vietnam office proposed the project for Crystalbay in 2018 for architectural presentation to Local People's Committee.
