VERITAS Vietnam Landscape team proposed a preliminary concept for a high end condominium in the luxury residential are in Ho Chi Minh City. Scope of work included all public areas between two residential tower and a rooftop of a line of shophouses connected to some podium areas. The pool is on the ground level almost under shadow all the time. The design proposes to separate the pool area from residential entrances by level difference. The activity zone moved up to rooftop to be connected with the small podium area and to be directly accessible from the residential tower.
