From the Latin mirari, mirage means "to look at, to wonder at". This is the same root as for "mirror" and "to admire". The design draws inspiration from the water reflections created by the sunlight and the waves. The shimmering lights reflected unto the towers suggest the presence of water, a mirror image of the sea surrounding the bay of Nha Trang.
BASKET BOAT
The hemispherical form of the hotel resembles the “Basket Boat" (thuyen thung) and is situated over a body of water on the facilities floor on the top of the podium. This strategy integrates the residential use with the One Central Complex: living, business, shopping, leisure and entertainment: a Live, Work & Play destination.
PODIUM
Undulating curvature of the podium floor lead people into the podium courtyard, unveiling an oasis inside and extending the public plaza and boulevards through the ground floor. Commercial areas and facilities forming a melting point of activities and interactions. The atrium airwells puncturing through the podium not only brings in the natural light and breeze of the sea, but also frames the tower and activities on the top facilities level.
TOWERS
Towers 1 & 2 are twins, adopting a similar massing and floor plan. These 2 towers frame the, iconic Boat shaped Hotel, forming a distinctive skyline and strong identity for the development. The 43-storey Towers are placed at the corner, forming a landmark on Pham Van Dong Street that is strongly visible from the approaching roads. The units are oriented to optimize views towards sea, with balconies allowing residents and tenants to enjoy the outdoors.
