Dai Phuoc Lotus is located 14km away from Ho Chi Minh City and 10 km away from the centre of Nhon Trach city. Located on an elongated island surrounded on all sides by water, the development comprise thousands of residential bungalows and semi-detached houses, self-sustaining business districts, golf courses, and other programs. The island’s central business district is sited on a 150 acre plot of land at the Nhon Trach District, comprising commercial developments of hotel, residential, office and retail components. Developments of this district are characterized by high-rise buildings surrounded on all sides by sprawling landscaped areas and united by a long, almost ceremonial boulevard. Bisected by nodal transportation links at the spacing of every few blocks, this long strip of towers run the length of the heart of the island, one’s journey ultimately culminating in a circular convention centre. This iconic building is shaped like a blossoming lotus, a direct symbolism of the culture and local identity of Vietnam. Residential zones fringe the development of this CBD district, divided numerically into Residential Zone 4,5 and Zone 8. Serviced by retail areas, these zones of varying densities and heights complement the axial relationship between the core and edge of the island, interconnected by a delicate network of green belts that also make the best of the waterfront living.
